Disabled Sports Eastern Sierra (DSES) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Mammoth Lakes, California. We provide inspiring outdoor recreation opportunities for people with disabilities thanks to a large and well-trained group of volunteers and a small staff. We are governed by an active and skilled board of directors and adheres to the highest standards of compliance to all local, state, and federal requirements.

We publish annual reports each year to share information about lessons provided to children and adults with disabilities, income and expenses, contributors, and volunteers.

To best serve the mission of the organization, we focus our expenses and investments directly on supporting our programs and our students, keeping expenses for fundraising and administration low. Audits of the organization are conducted annually. Based upon the most recent financial audit, 85.3% of expenses were used to directly support programs, 5.9% of expenses were dedicated to fundraising, and 8.8% of expenses were allocated to administrative costs.
