Volunteer Morning Workout – Ski Movements

July 9 @ 8:30 am - 9:15 am

Join us for a ski-specific workout to develop strength and fine tune balance in accordance with the specific bio mechanics of skiing. This workout will be increased intensity with weights. Please have on hand a dynadisc or a couch cushion to stand on and 1-5lb hand-held weights, soup cans or a single moderately heavy object like a dictionary or a full 2-liter bottle.
