Tuesday and Thursday
Time to get ready for ski season! Join us for a dry-land training workout focusing on balance, strength and agility to get you ready to hop back onto both your skinny skis and your fatter skis and boards. Anyone is welcome to join! Please contact us in advance if you are interested in any adaptations (email or 760.934.0791).
These workouts are every Tuesday and Thursday starting October 12th through November 18th.
