Join us for a low-impact interval workout with seated adaptations, followed by a core-strengthening session. No equipment necessary.

This gentle adaptive yoga session is led by certified therapeutic yoga instructor Bobiane. This session is a great way to get exercise, improve balance and flexibility, and reduce stress while staying connected to our community.
