8:30 AM: Morning Adaptive Workout

Build and practice your ASL skills with Barb – all levels are welcome!

5:15 PM: Yoga with Bobiane
This gentle adaptive yoga session is led by certified therapeutic yoga instructor Bobiane. This session is a great way to get exercise, improve balance and flexibility, and reduce stress while staying connected to our community.
