8:30 AM: Morning Adaptive Workout

Join us for a balance-focused workout with seated adaptations. No equipment necessary.

4:00 PM: Zoom Cycling with Intervals

Maggie will lead us on a zoom cycling interval workout. Hop onto your trainer or exercise bike and log in for some exercise.

5:00 PM: Yoga with Bobiane

Hosted every Monday through April 26th.
This gentle adaptive yoga session is led by certified therapeutic yoga instructor Bobiane. This session is a great way to get exercise, improve balance and flexibility, and reduce stress while staying connected to our community.
